Summer law programme

Our summer law programme runs from November to February.  Applications for our 2023/2024 programme have now closed. Applications for our 2024/2025 intake will commence in March.

We know there is a big difference between studying and practising law. That’s why our summer law programme is designed to give you a taste of what it’s like to work as a lawyer.

You’ll have the opportunity to rotate through and fully immerse yourself in our internationally recognised practice areas, providing the chance to do real work with real clients from the get go.

We are committed to providing you with a unique developmental experience, arming you with all the tools you need to build a solid foundation for your legal career, while having fun with a great bunch of people.

Summer Law Programme 2022/2023

For our most recent summer law programme, we brought all our summer law clerks together in Ōtautahi for two days of induction into all things Anthony Harper. Clerks learned about our business, our strategy and our sustainability framework, as well as every-day skills like using our software systems.
