With over 16 years of experience, Chloe Jolliffe specialises in corporate recovery and insolvency. Her clients include financiers, banks, insolvency practitioners, and the Official Assignee. Advised:

  • Major banks and financiers in all facets of corporate recovery, including mortgagee sales, recovery of goods under securities, and court proceedings for recovery of debts owed.
Acted for:
  • A financier on a receivership of an individual and their related companies. This transaction included a number of complex issues around asset ownership and dealings.
  • The Official Assignee in respect of high profile bankruptcies that involved extensive litigation. This work included an examination under the Insolvency Act and day-to-day dealings including dealing with the property of bankrupts.
