Leading Anthony Harper’s People and Culture team, Diane is responsible for the development and implementation of our people and culture strategies nationally, with a focus on creating a culture that supports our people to thrive and perform at their best.
Diane brings expertise in attracting, developing and retaining talent, employee engagement, performance and change management gained across different a number of industries in both the private and public sectors.
Prior to joining Anthony Harper, Diane spent a number of years in the United Kingdom and Australia where she worked in strategic and operational HR leadership roles.
Diane is passionate about helping organisations and people to grow, develop and adapt to the ever changing business environment.
