- The incoming lender on the refinancing of an NZX listed New Zealand pharmaceuticals company and the subsequent accessions of its subsidiaries and partnership entities to the main charging group, and further acting for the lender on the syndication of those facilities.
- For the borrower in respect of senior, first junior, and second junior facilities for the development of luxury Auckland CBD apartments, and subsequent assignment of the first junior facilities.
- A borrower with the change of the owner trustee of its FAA registered aircraft.
