  • Stonewood Group on leasing negotiations with Radisson for the development of a 322 room Radisson Red Hotel at 280 Queen Street, Auckland;
  • Stonewood Group on the purchase of 280 Queen Street, Auckland for $70m, the development of the Oaks Wellington Hotel on Courtenay Place, Wellington and a social housing lease to STRIVE Community Trust for the 135 room property at 10-20 Park Avenue, Ōtāhuhu;
  • Scarborough Group on the purchase and lease back of the ACG Building at 345 Queen Street, Auckland on a 'triple net lease' basis;
  • Various developers on large-scale master-planned residential communities (including KiwiBuild developments), including the Bennetts Road, Coronation Gardens, Millbrook West, Mountview Green, Ngongotaha and Wainui Terraces developments;
  • Coca-Cola Europacific Partners on the purchase of an industrial/office building at 25 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland for NZ$55m;
  • Pro 1 on the purchase and leaseback of the Mr Chips manufacturing premises at 100 Kerwyn Avenue, East Tāmaki on a 'triple net lease' basis;
  • Acting for a private land owner on the negotiation of an investigation licence and long term lease for a 220 hectare solar farm;
  • Ockham Residential on the sale of the Star Nixon Apartment Building (a build-to-rent development) to Resident Properties;
  • Various lenders, including ASB Bank, Kiwibank, MaxCap Group and Westpac, on property finance transactions.
