Lucy specialises in commercial property, portfolio transactions and real estate investment, and works with a range of retail, commercial, and industrial property clients. She has acted for pension and managed funds to assist with long-term income real estate investment, as well as mixed use developments and commercial property developments. She has extensive experience in commercial leasing, and dealing with landlord and tenant issues. Lucy is dual-qualified as a solicitor, having been admitted to the bar in New Zealand in 2008, and in the United Kingdom 10 years later. Before joining Anthony Harper in 2021, Lucy worked in London with specialist real estate firm Winckworth.
