Matt provides property advice to a range of clients, from private individuals to local authorities, and listed companies.
The core of his work involves assisting commercial and industrial property investors and developers with their investment, financing, and leasing transactions. He also has considerable experience in syndicated property acquisitions and the redevelopment and sale of cross-lease and unit title developments following the Canterbury earthquakes.

Matt lives in Christchurch with his wife and young daughter. When he gets the time he loves running on the Port Hills, tramping in the Southern Alps and spending time in the Marlborough Sounds.
