Susan’s practice is focused on trusts, asset protection, and wills and estate administration. She is also an experienced family lawyer with a particular focus on relationship property, and has gained a wealth of experience over many years practicing in Christchurch. Susan enjoys building close client relationships and shaping personalised and appropriate asset planning structures. Her focus is on establishment, re-organisation, and administration of trusts to achieve both business and personal objectives for her clients. This work extends to protecting assets for those going into relationships and assisting with the division of property following a relationship breakdown.
