Law firm Anthony Harper has announced the promotion of Chloe Jolliffe to the partnership.

Chloe is an insolvency law specialist with over 17 years’ experience. Her expertise focuses on the repossession of goods and recovery of real property, personal and corporate insolvency, and she has a keen interest in offering practical debt recovery solutions for her clients. Recognised by clients as being highly experienced and vastly capable, Chloe advises financiers, banks and insolvency practitioners.

An active contributor to the industry, Chloe sits on and currently chairs the Ōtautahi Steering Committee of Women in Restructuring and Insolvency New Zealand, and she is a member of the RITANZ Committee which organises networking and training functions in Ōtautahi. Chloe is involved in regular and industry training and has this year, presented a seminar through Legalwise where she shared insights on insolvency issues that arise in a cryptocurrency collapse.

Managing partner Malcolm Hurley said Chloe is an expert in her field, with excellent knowledge of insolvency matters and issues.

“Her ability to partner with clients to understand their issues and get the best solutions for their business needs is a real strength. I’m always impressed with Chloe’s ability to clearly explain highly complex matters, and it’s unsurprising that she is sought out by our other teams to assist where there are insolvency issues,” he said.

Chloe has been with Anthony Harper since the start of her career, initially joining as a summer clerk in 2004. She works alongside Crispin Vinnell in Anthony Harper’s market-leading insolvency practice in Ōtautahi.
